Drawing, Puzzles, and Other Random Stuff

Josie in now drawing her own materpieces-- a whole new phase in artwork that we find is pretty exciting.

One of her early pieces that Wim has titled.
"The Jellyfish Family"
It is a picture of the artist and her family in our blue car on the way to the beach. There has been much talk about the beach, wanting to go to the beach, and when WILL we have hot days so we can go to the beach.

While waiting (and waiting) for the hot days to arrive, the gurls are keeping amused in all kinds of ways-- drawing and painting being one.
Puzzles-- another fun way to keep entertained.

Hmmm, maybe I should look for a puzzle with a beach theme!
Absent hot days that are beach appropriate, it is warming enough to play outside and somebody is really getting the whole 'swinging' thing down!

She's might proud of herself!

A playground at the beach-- we made it. Although, before leaving the house I did have to tell Josie to change out of her swimming suit into some clothes-- not quite warm enough for that yet!

Her response-- "YOU said we were going to the beach!"

One of the beloved beaches-- maybe some hugs will help it warm up!?

We are working on kite flying--
As long as they run fast enough-- it is working.
