Egg Hunt Party

As is more typical these days, I am waaaay behind on posting-- the 'gurls' really keep me busy!

Here are some fun picts from an Egg Hunt Party we went to at a friend's house last weekend. 

The party was early afternoon, so I took the girls on a big adventure walk through the woods in the morning to tire them for an early pre-party nap.

 Clara Rose also tried her feet on Josie's big-'gurl' bike-- she was sooo happy, but her legs aren't quite long enough.

At the party the girls kicked things off with some bubbles.

 Everyone inside anxiously waiting to go out and hunt for eggs!

The tallest pretty 'gurl' is an exchange student from China who is staying with one of our friends for this school year.

It is always a big treat to see her at the parties.

Josie made quick feet when the hunt began-- running around finding hidden eggs all of the yard and a little ways in the woods.

 Everyone was hopping all over laughing, grabbing eggs,

 and having a great time!

A small break in the hunting for a group photo shoot--

Little Grace (our party hostess with the mostest); Big Grace (ready to rumble); Josie (not happy about breaking for the photo op), Clara Rose (always happy to strike a pose), and Callie (always happy to play with friends).

 The 'gurls' ended their egg hunt and then hid eggs for Abbie, the dog, to go and find. They were amazed to watch her find the eggs, open them, and eat them.

"Wow! She's a smart dawg!"
